Share the project location, current photographs, approximate dimensions, desired timing, and any materials or plans already selected. If a designer, builder, or other trade partner is involved, include that information as well.
Trey will review the details and follow up with the most appropriate next step, including consultation availability.
-
During the consultation, Trey reviews the space, listens to your goals, and identifies visible conditions, selections, and coordination needs that may affect the installation.
Once the available details are confirmed, Parker’s Precision Tile prepares a written estimate outlining the anticipated scope, materials, and investment. Trusted local showrooms and design resources can be recommended when helpful.
-
Once the estimate is approved, a signed Service Agreement is required to secure your project in the schedule.
Before work begins, we confirm material readiness, final selections, site access, and other project logistics.
Project dates are planned in good faith. Material availability and coordination with other trades may affect timing, and any meaningful schedule changes will be communicated clearly.
-
Before tile is set, Trey considers focal points, pattern placement, grout lines, edges, corners, niches, drains, and transitions so the finished installation feels balanced within the room.
Preparation and installation methods are selected for the materials, substrate, environment, and intended use. Meaningful progress, approvals, and unexpected site conditions are communicated as the work proceeds.
Any change affecting scope, price, or schedule requires written approval before the revised work begins.
-
At completion, we review the finished installation, including grout lines, edges, transitions, sealant joints, and overall finish quality.
You will receive applicable cure and first-use instructions, project-specific care guidance, and a record of key installed products. Any appropriate punch-list items are documented with clear next steps.
