Choose a pH-neutral cleaner approved for the installed material and finish.
Rinse away cleaner residue where appropriate.
Address spills promptly, particularly on natural stone and porous materials.
Ventilate wet areas and allow surfaces to dry.
Periodically inspect drains, grout, corners, transitions, and flexible sealant joints.

Cleaning Products
Choosing the right cleaner.
Always read the current product label, follow dilution and rinsing instructions, and test unfamiliar products in an inconspicuous area.
For routine care, use a pH-neutral cleaner specifically approved for the installed tile, stone, grout, and finish. Parker’s Precision Tile commonly recommends Aqua Mix Stone & Tile Cleaner or a comparable Miracle Sealants tile-and-stone cleaner when compatible with the project materials.
Always follow the current product label, including dilution, dwell time, rinsing, ventilation, and testing instructions.
Sealing & Grout Color Sealing
Parker’s Precision Tile offers sealing and grout color-sealing services for select existing showers and tiled areas. These treatments may help refresh otherwise sound grout, improve color consistency, or provide appropriate surface protection.
Each area is evaluated before treatment is recommended. Sealing and color sealing do not correct active leaks, failed waterproofing, loose tile, persistent moisture, or cracked or deteriorated grout.
Send photographs, the project location, and a brief description of the area so we can recommend the most appropriate next step.
