I’m Trey Parker, owner and lead installer of Parker’s Precision Tile. Every project is personal to me—not only because my name is on the work, but because I understand the trust involved in inviting someone into your home.
I remain closely involved from the first conversation through the final walkthrough, taking time to understand the project, plan the details carefully, and communicate clearly along the way.
I take pride in the finished tilework, but also in everything that supports it: substrate preparation, thoughtful layouts, waterproofing where required, clean transitions, and an orderly work area.
What Parker’s Precision Tile installs
Parker’s Precision Tile works on residential and commercial tile projects throughout Raleigh and nearby Triangle communities, including custom bathrooms and showers, kitchen backsplashes, fireplace surrounds, heated floors, covered porches, laundry rooms, bars, feature walls, and other specialty spaces.
Each installation is evaluated according to the selected material, substrate, environment, intended use, and project conditions rather than approached with a one-size-fits-all method.

A lasting tile installation depends on more than the tile itself. Suitable substrates, moisture management, waterproofing, drainage, movement accommodation, compatible materials, and careful layout planning all contribute to how the finished installation performs.
Parker’s Precision Tile frequently installs Schluter®-Systems products for waterproofing, shower assemblies, uncoupling, drains, edge profiles, and heated floors when appropriate for the project and specified assembly.

Parker’s Precision Tile is actively involved with the National Tile Contractors Association and the Ceramic Tile Education Foundation. Continuing education helps Trey stay informed about evolving materials, installation standards, manufacturer requirements, and proven tile-industry methods.
That knowledge is applied project by project, with installation decisions based on the materials, conditions, environment, and approved scope.
